Her smudged black eyeliner, subtly hollowed cheeks and muted lips have spilled over from Netflix screens to Instagram feeds, becoming the blueprint for tired girl makeup. Instead of concealing fatigue, the tired girl aesthetic embraces the lived-in textures, soft shadows and the natural flush that follows a long day.
