Slurrp Great Indian Cookout 4.0 Debuts In Mumbai

SHA presented the fourth edition of Slurrp Great Indian Cookout (GIC 4.0) at RPH College, Mumbai, co-presented by Aashirvaad, with Foodies Only as the Associate Partner and OTT Play as the Streaming Partner.
From over 9,000 entries across the country, home chef Shobha Halkati emerged as the winner for her inventive Beetroot Rasmalai Tart, while Arpita Shah and Prayag Das were named first and second runners-up respectively.
Celebrity chefs Neha Deepak Shah, Akanksha Saigal and Amrita Raichand mentored participants through a series of culinary challenges. "Every plate told a story of home, of heritage, of heart," said Judge-in-Chief Neha Deepak Shah. Masterchef Amrita Raichand added, "I love the creative energy that GIC Mumbai brings, where chefs reimagine nostalgia on a plate."
Reflecting on the initiative, Sriram Sundaresan, President of USHA, said, "The Slurrp Great Indian Cookout is a wonderful platform to connect with our consumers and showcase how we use a consumer-first approach to blend technology with tradition and togetherness."
