India, May 21 -- Wedding bells might be closer than expected for singer-actor Selena Gomez and fiance, producer Benny Blanco. While there has been no official confirmation, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran recently let slip that the couple have sent out 'save the date' invites to friends and family. Ed was taking Vanity Fair's lie detector test when he was asked to honestly answer if he had received an invite for Benny's nuptials. The 34-year-old wordlessly indicated that he had - an answer that was labelled as "truthful". He also confirmed that he had RSVPed to the occasion. Ed and Benny have been friends since they worked on the former's 2017 album Divide. During the interview, the singer also shared that Benny was one of only 40 invited guests at his wedding in January 2018. Selena (32) and Benny (37) confirmed their relationship in December 2023 after a decade-long friendship. They announced their engagement a year later. Earlier this year, however, the pair had revealed that they weren't planning on walking down the aisle just yet. "We're very much 'take it one day at a time' type of people. We're still not over [the engagement]," the producer told Rolling Stone. The couple has worked together, first on Selena's 2015 tracks Kill Em With Kindness and Same Old Love, and most recently on their collaborative album I Said I Love You First.htc...
