India, Aug. 29 -- P resident Droupadi Murmu on Wednesday hosted a special felicitation ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhawan to celebrate NorthEast United FC's historic victory at the recently concluded Durand Cup 2025. As part of the occasion, she presented the prestigious President's Cup - one of the three iconic trophies awarded to the champions - to NEUFC owner John Abraham and his team. Expressing his gratitude, John thanked President Murmu for the honour, he said: "This moment transcends football and stands as a symbol of pride...
