India, Feb. 15 -- In a horrifying video that surfaced on social media on Tuesday, two groomers from The Vetic Pet Clinic in Mumbai can be seen brutally assaulting a dog on the pretext of grooming. One staffer was seen repeatedly hitting Tofu, a three-year-old Chow Chow, on its face and back.
