One step closer... Linkin Park's India debut set for 2026
India, Aug. 29 -- American nu metal band Linkin Park will headline Lollapalooza India 2026, marking their long-awaited debut in the country. They will perform on January 25 next year at Mumbai's Mahalaxmi Racecourse.
As general ticket sales opened at noon on Thursday, the band reportedly sent out a newsletter featuring the official festival poster. Co-founder Mike Shinoda wrote in the newsletter, "India has been somewhere we've wanted to play for a long time. Our fans there are incredibly passionate and we can't wait to finally bring our live show to them."
An official announcement from Lollapalooza India and BookMyShow, along with the full lineup, is still pending. Buzz grew when Linkin Park's India dates briefly appeared on their website before being removed. The performance is part of their From Zero World Tour.
