India, Feb. 13 -- W ho says that you cannot celebrate love with your girl gang? That's where Galentine's Day (today) comes in celebrating girlhood. And this year, it is all about themed parties ranging from OTT shows to celebrity fanfare. At Delhi's BeeYoung BrewGarden, Galentine's Day draws inspiration from American singer Taylor Swift, with the space awash in Lover Girl energy, soft pinks, playful details and photo-ready corners. "The event is about reclaiming fun in its most carefree form and grooving to Swift's tracks. From Love Story to You Belong With Me, the playlist is built for full-volume sing-alongs," says Abhinav Jindal, CEO and founder. The menu mirrors the mood with XL Churros, Red Velvet Pull Me Up Cake, Rooh Elixir, and Pulp Fiction. The night promises karaoke, arcade games, complimentary drinks for ladies, and a DJ set. Tickets for women are priced at Rs.499. In Mumbai, Sthamba Global Brewery also hosts a Swift-themed Galentine's curated by Simran Kukreja, owner of events group, Red Scarf Experience. The afternoon includes trivia, art and pottery, friendship bracelet-making, storytelling sessions on exes, ice-breaker games, and tarot readings. "I wanted to have a girl gang theme party this Valentine's. We will bond over Taylor Swift's songs and do all these activities planned together," she says. Tickets are priced at Rs.600. In Indore, TV show Bridgerton takes over with a Galentine's theme ball party on February 14 at Bellumi. The afternoon features dancing, games, food, fun titles, and some surprises. All they ask is to dress in floral and flowy gowns featuring pastels, corset-style dresses, gloves, tiaras, and soft curls are encouraged. Tickets here are priced at Rs.1,199....
