India, Dec. 30 -- This New Year, 18-year-old actor Nitanshi Goel has new aspirations. After impressing with her Hindi film debut Laapataa Ladies she now dreams of going international. She says, "I'm manifesting opportunities in international cinema and films that highlight my dancing. I hope to join projects that cross borders, help me grow, challenge me, and connect with people emotionally." When asked if she plans to pick her projects in a renewed manner this year, she says, "I hope the industry continues to open its arms to young talent and heartfelt stories. I'd love to see meaningful cinema and stronger female characters. Stories that come from the heart always stay with you, no matter their scale, is what I'm looking at this year." The actor says it's not just on the professional front but personal front too that she has planned some changes. She says, "There will be more trusting my instincts, more smiling, and celebrating little wins. Self-care in 2026 means listening to my heart and surrounding myself with people who make me feel safe and inspired. I want to slow down when life asks, and be fully present in every moment. Excited to keep learning, continue working on my craft, strengthening myself, and picking up new skills along the way."
