Malaika Arora reveals her dumbbell workout routine for toned arms and a strong core

The actor swears by yoga, pilates, strength training, and cardio, inspiring millions of followers on social media to push their limits. In a recent Instagram video on November 11, Malaika revealed the secret behind her sculpted arms and strong core. Here are the five dumbbell exercises she shared to help tone your arms and engage your core in just minutes:
1. Lateral side raise
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Hinge forward slightly at the waist, keeping a soft bend in your knees. Lift the dumbbells out to your sides, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Lower them slowly with control and repeat.
2. Standing shoulder press
Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and a dumbbell in each hand. Bring the dumbbells up to shoulder height, palms facing forward, and engage your core. Press the weights overhead, pause briefly at the top, and then lower them back to shoulder level.
3. Bicep curls
With feet shoulder-width apart, hold a dumbbell in each hand and keep your shoulders back. Curl the weights upward by bending only your elbows. Lower them slowly back to the starting position.
4. Kettlebell swing
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Grip the kettlebell with both hands and swing it around your body in clockwise and counterclockwise motions. Keep your back flat, chest lifted, and shoulders back. Repeat for desired reps.
5. Triceps overhead extension
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a single dumbbell overhead. Keep your chest lifted, core engaged, and shoulders relaxed. Bend your elbows to lower the weight behind your head, then extend your arms back up....
