India, May 28 -- Maharashtra is seeing an unprecedented amount of rainfall in, what is supposed to be summer. Several parts of the state, especially Mumbai and Pune, have experienced waterlogging, too. However, as a result of the heavy rainfall, a waterfall in Pune's Bhimashankar sanctuary has began flowing in May for the first time in 16 years. It is usually active during the rainy months only. Several videos of the gushing Kondhval waterfall are going viral on social media. While this is a striking visual, authorities have urged visitors to exercise caution if they visit this waterfall.
