India, Sept. 13 -- For a complex that has 42 societies, 82 buildings and around 4,000 houses, it was a humongous task to keep things under control. But proactiveness and cooperation from each and every flat made things possible for the residents of Vasant Vihar in Thane. "During the lockdown period, we followed all the rules as directed by the government.
