It was a dad and daughter day for Dua Lipa in Kosovo
India, Aug. 3 -- Dua Lipa has made no secret about her pride in her ancestry, and on multiple occasions, she's spoken about her roots as a Kosovar-Albanian. On Friday, when she headlined day one of the Sunny Hill Festival held Kosovo, she brought out the big guns to impress her audience. Currently on her Radical Optimism tour, she sang an Albanian song, Era.
Originally released in 2002, it was sung by a Kosovar-Albanian rock band Gjurmet. And the singer took things to the next level by bringing her dad, Dukagjin Lipa, who was born in Yugoslavia (present-day Kosovo), on stage to join her in the heartwarming tribute.
