Ileana D'Cruz opens up on second postpartum journey: It's incredibly hard
India, Sept. 15 -- Actor Ileana D'Cruz, who welcomed her son Keanu Rafe Dolan with her husband, US-based businessman Michael Dolan in June this year, has opened up about her postpartum depression after her second pregnancy. Speaking with NDTV, Ileana shared that this time around, the "new mental space is completely messed up".
She explained, "The second time around, it's not just the baby; it's the baby, it's your toddler, it's you. It's all those factors. The 38-year-old also reflected on her delivery experience, saying she wished "to do things differently" and "wanted to be a little crazy." She added, "I said I'm going to go unmedicated this time. It was amazing."
Ileana and Michael welcomed Keanu on June 19, announcing the news on Instagram with a picture of him, writing, "Our hearts are so full."
The couple married in a hush-hush ceremony in May 2023. Ileana welcomed her first son, Koa Phoenix Dolan, in August 2023. HTC...
