Game Changer's editor says he left film after working with Shankar
India, May 28 -- Despite being one of the highly-anticipated releases of 2025, Ram Charan and Kiara Advani-starrer Game Changer did not live up to the hype and tanked at the box office. And now, some behind-the-scenes drama between editor Shameer Muhammed and director Shankar has also surfaced.

Elaborating on working with Shankar, Shameer said, "It was a terrible experience. I went there with great excitement, but things were happening in some other world there. He would fix one date for editing, but he would turn up only after ten days. The same pattern continued for several days, and I ended up staying in Chennai for 300-350 days. Then I left the film."
Shameer added that he had to pass on several projects because of Game Changer. He eventually withdrew from the project because he did not want to give up working on Marco (2024) and Tovino Thomas's Ajayante Randam Moshanam (2024).
After Shameer stepped away from the project, editor Ruben took over his role.htc...
