I'd say this really reminded me of my MBA days, where we used to learn about the IKEA effect - or the "hairy hand effect," as we used to call it - where if you leave something unfinished in an ad or presentation, it encourages more engagement. So, I hope we try to implement those kinds of principles going forward. Overall, this is a very interesting and wonderful idea where the customer and consumer can get to know brands more deeply.
