India, July 4 -- Charlize Theron recently recalled an unsettling experience, when a male director made an inappropriate advance at her and explained why she chooses not to name him. The 49-year-old actor said she was asked to go to a director's house for an audition. He allegedly answered the door in his pyjamas and put his hand on her knee, at which point she left. "I didn't know what the audition process looked like," she said on the Call Her Daddy podcast, adding, "I didn't know how you went about being an actor. [My agency] said there was a casting for this movie, and you'll have to go on a Saturday night. It was this director's house. The little voice inside me definitely said, 'This isn't right.' But then, the other voice in me says, 'Well, I don't know. Maybe it is right.'" She explained her decision not to name the director, saying, "I don't want the story to be about him. It's not because I'm protecting him or anything."Charlize added that when she first went public about the incident, the director panicked and sent her a letter claiming she had misunderstood his actions - a response she branded as "classic" behaviour. "I won't even f**king say your name because you know you're the scumbag. You know it's you," the actor said. "If anybody ever asked me about him, I would be completely honest - and he knows that. I kind of like that he's got to be on a hot seat. He doesn't know when it's going to come. I kind of like that a little more."htc...
