India, Aug. 7 -- On Wednesday, chaos continued in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi and Himachal Pradesh after two separate cloudbursts triggered flash floods and landslides. Five casualties have been reported, while multiple structures were swept away and vital roads were blocked. On Tuesday, celebrities including actors Sonu Sood and Sara Ali Khan (see above), expressed their grief over the tragedy.
