Celebrity nutritionist shares three tips for steady weight loss
India, Dec. 11 -- Celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, known for her work with actor Kareena Kapoor Khan, recently took to Instagram to share three simple guidelines for maintaining good health and supporting steady weight loss:
1Include bajra in your weekly diet: Rujuta advised, "Incorporate bajra (pearl millet) into your diet at least once a week. This helps reduce hair fall, boost energy, and strengthen immunity."
2 Stretch, don't stress: Focusing on physical flexibility, she emphasised the importance of a regular stretching routine. "Stretch, don't stress. Our posterior chain - the muscles running from our heels to the skull - needs consistent stretching to prevent injuries, restore balance, and enhance strength for walking and running," Rujuta explained.
3 Ensure a mindful screen time: Her final tip addressed the impact of constant screen exposure. "Set up a 'specific 'screen zone' at home, i.e. a small corner where you can only stand and scroll. No phones should be allowed on the dining table, bed, or in the bathroom," Rujuta recommended....
