Allu Arjun-Ram Charan's grandmother, Allu Kanakaratnam, dies at 94
India, Aug. 31 -- Allu Kanakaratnam, wife of late Telugu actor Allu Ramalingaiah, and grandmother of actors Allu Arjun and Ram Charan, passed away on Saturday at the age of 94. She died in the early hours of the morning, around 1:45 AM, due to age-related ailments.
In the wake of her passing, Allu Arjun made his way to the airport, arriving in Hyderabad from Mumbai to pay his last respects. Meanwhile, actor-producer Ram Charan, who was in Mysore for a film shoot, cancelled his ongoing work to be with his family.
Actor and politician Pawan Kalyan's wife, Anna Lezhneva, was also spotted arriving at Allu Arvind's residence to offer her condolences.
On X, Allu Kanakaratnam's son-in-law, actor Chiranjeevi - who is personally overseeing the arrangements and formalities - shared an emotional tribute, writing: "Our mother-in-law.. The demise of Kanakarathnamma Garu, wife of Sri Allu Ramalingayya Garu, is extremely heartbreaking. The love, courage, and life values she showed to our families will forever be an inspiration to us. I pray to God that their sacred soul attains peace."
As the family comes together to mourn, Pawan Kalyan and Naga Babu, who are in Vizag for a public event, are expected to return to Hyderabad on Sunday to offer their condolences. HTC...
