India, Dec. 24 -- South Korean actor Ahn Bo-hyun, known for his rugged on-screen persona, is set to return as the tough guy with a warm heart in Spring Fever. The actor recently surprised fans by revealing his tender side - one that sits far from the tough, action-heavy roles he does - stating that he enjoys cooking and doing laundry. An amateur boxer and one of the fittest Korean stars, his ease in action roles is unmissable. In contrast to his screen image, he shares, "I know it doesn't match how I look, but I love cooking elaborate meals for myself, arranging things just so. I like cute little things to the point where you'd question my testosterone levels. I clean obsessively, do laundry religiously." Speaking about his role in Spring Fever, he adds, "I loved that Jae-gyu has that classic Gyeongsang-do bluntness on the outside but real warmth underneath. He's a toughie and a softie at heart, that 'crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside' kind of charm. He is also unpredictable, which makes you think, 'Does someone like this really exist?'." About the global popularity of Korean content, he says, "South Korean productions are a reservoir of great materials and various stories, and the streaming platforms have been conducive in helping K-dramas get a berth worldwide." He concludes, "As an actor, I am grateful for the support, and it motivates me to do even better performances."...
