India, June 8 -- After signing on a love story with director Shaad Ali, actor Ahan Shetty has locked his next project as well - and it's set to be an action-packed affair. A source close to the development of the project tells us that the 29-year-old, who made his acting debut with Tadap (2021), will be seen in an action-drama next. "Ahan has signed an actioner which will be directed by renowned Bengali director Birsa Dasgupta, and is being produced by Shibasish Sarkar and Ribhu Dasgupta," the source tells us, adding that the leading lady is currently being finalised, with an official announcement expected soon. The yet-untitled film will go on floors this October, adds the source. Meanwhile, Ahan also has Border 2 in the pipeline, which will release next year. For Birsa, this collaboration will mark his directorial debut in Hindi films, although he has earlier directed Hindi web series such as Mafia (2020), Black Widows (2020) and The Magic of Shiri (2024)....
