A spark of elegance, star power and fashion
India, Sept. 22 -- On day three of Global India Couture Week 2025 (GICW), design excellence was celebrated, and emerging and established talent were nurtured. GICW 2025 brought together international designers and the creme de la creme of Indian couture, with Satyajit Mohanty, Managing Director, and Dr Sidharth Behera, Operational Director at the helm. It is a platform for dialogue, trade and collaboration between national and international brands and buyers.
Sabbyasachi opened the show, which was a tribute to Odisha's handlooms and textiles, and featured actor Garima Jain as showstopper. The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade presentation was directed by Ratna Deep and Minakshi Khandelwal, while Thomas Abraham's showcase featured actor Manisha Rani. Tina Ranka brought finesse with actor Shruti Sharma on the ramp and Kirti Rathore wowed with a power-packed line-up of actors Neetu Chandra Srivastava, Tina Ahuja and Aniruddh Dave. Gagan Kumar's collection shone with actors Shiv Thakare and Divyaa Agarwal. The evening ended with Reynu Taandon and Nikita Tandon's show with actor Deepti Sadhwani and influencer Mallika Singhania opening the show, while actor Krystle Dsouza and Miss Universe India 2025 Manika Vishwakarma drew the curtain.
