India, May 26 -- Goa's Tinkesh Kaushik has proven that persistence and self-belief can help you conquer great heights, literally! The 30-year-old has become the world's first triple amputee to reach the Everest Base Camp. "I am feeling almost on top of the world," says Kaushik, as he talks to us about his achievement.
