US$ 100 million to combat racism from Michael Jordan
Sri Lanka, June 6 -- Michael Jordan, who represented the Chicago Bulls professional basketball team in the United States, and who is considered the greatest basketball player ever produced, has announced a US$ 100 million grant in the next 10 years to fight for racial equality and social justice.
This was after several days of protests across the US against the death of George Floyd in Minnesota.
