Sri Lanka, April 26 -- President Maithripala Sirisena said that as much as the responsibility of the tragedy that took place should be accepted by the government, the responsibility of weakening Intelligence Sources should also be accepted by them.

The President made this comment during a discussion held at President's House in Fort with heads of media.

The President has also said that during the past two years, conflicts arose between him and the government due to his standing up against the attempt to weaken Security Forces.

President Maithripala Sirisena requests all Sri Lankans not to look at the overall Muslim community in the country as terrorists.
