Sri Lanka, Dec. 3 -- Customs Department seized four parcels sent to the Colombo Central Mail Exchange concealing Rs. 8 million worth stock of narcotic 'Kush' produced abroad and a stock of cocaine.

Customs Media Spokesperson, Additional Customs Director-General, Sunil Jayaratne said that these parcels were sent from England, the USA, and the Netherlands to addresses in Colombo, Nawala, Wadduwa and Ahangama.

When the parcels were opened, 500 grams of narcotics called 'Kush' worth about Rs. 6 million and 80 grams of cocaine worth about Rs. 2 million were recovered by the authorities.
