Sri Lanka, Oct. 25 -- No one attached to the prime ministerial security division is infected with the Covid-19 virus, announces the PM's office.

There is no truth to reports that a policeman of the PM's security detail tested positive for the virus, it says.

Only a personnel attached to an external unit of the PM's security has got infected.

He has been involved only in advance security duties at functions attended by the premier, and he last reported for duty on 17 October, it adds.
