Sri Lanka, Feb. 20 -- Member of Parliament, Sarath Weerasekera, has voiced concerns over the apparent lack of awareness among government members regarding significant decisions taken by the administration.

In a letter addressed to the President and Leader of the House, Minister Susil Premajayantha, Dr. Weerasekera highlighted the potential ramifications of such unawareness, emphasizing that it could render MPs powerless in addressing public concerns.

The MP cited his absence from a recent group meeting in Parliament on February 19, attributing it to his concerns about critical decisions being made without the knowledge of government members.
