Sri Lanka, Feb. 6 -- On an invitation by President Maithripala Sirisena, Maldivian President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih undertook a State Visit to Sri Lanka, of which a bilateral discussion was held yesterday.

During the discussion, the two leaders reached broad consensus to enhance economic, tourism, youth development, health, education and capacity building for mutually beneficial strategic partnerships.

The two leaders agreed to assert further efforts in strengthening trade, economic and cultural ties.
