Sri Lanka, Oct. 15 -- The Colombo Special Permanent High Court at bar postponed the DA Rajapaksa Museum case against 7 respondents including former defence secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa to January 9th next year.

The case was postponed due to the stay order issued by the Supreme Court preventing the hearing of the case before the special trial at bar.

One of the respondents, Gotabhaya Rajapaksa was also present when the case was taken before the court today.

The court also ordered to release four witnesses who appeared before the court today for testifying.

7 respondents including Gotabhaya Rajapaksa have been sued for allegedly incurring a loss of 33.9 million rupees to the government by building DA Rajapaksa Museum at Medamulana duri...
