Sri Lanka, June 26 -- A suspect was taken into custody from Haupe - Imaduwa - Galle with a firearm manufactured in this country, some parts of a firearm and four elephant tusks.

This suspect was arrested on a tip-off received by the Matara Division Criminal Investigation Division officers during a raid carried out yesterday. Police said this 58 year old individual was a resident of Haupe - Imaduwa.

Meanwhile, two suspects were taken into custody yesterday with 4 grams of Heroin at Weeragula - Gampaha.
