Sri Lanka, April 26 -- Muslim Religious Affairs Minister M. H. A. Haleem requests the relevant mosques not to hold the Jumma religious services today.

That is on the basis of a letter the IGP has addressed furnishing information regarding the prevalent situation.

Colombo Davatagaha Jumma Mosque Chief Maulavi Mohamed Iqbaal said that according to the information police had furnished to the effect that the Thowheeth Jamaath organization could carry out an attack, steps would be taken to conclude the divine service soon.
