New Delhi, Dec. 5 – In order to strengthen strategic relations between India and the U.S., Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Foreign Affairs Minister S.K. Jaishankar will meet their American counterparts, Mark Osho and Mike Pompeo, in Washington on December 18 for two-plus-two dialogue. It is possible that negotiations may take place regarding the initial conclusion of India's hardware purchases from Indo-Pacific and America. Apart from this, the only other country with which India holds a dialogue in the two-plus-two format is Japan.
