New Delhi, April 22 -- Work on expanding the Modi Mill flyover and converting the Savitri Cinema flyover into a two-way one is set to begin soon, with the Public Works Department having awarded the projects. PWD minister Parvesh Verma said the projects will be complete "in 24 to 30 months".
However, the work is likely to cripple traffic across the key sections of Outer Ring Road and kick up travel times across south Delhi and to the airport.P5
