Withdrawn NCERT chapter had no single author, SC told

New Delhi, April 8 -- Professor Michel Danino, along with educator Suparna Diwakar and legal researcher Alok Prasanna Kumar, told the Supreme Court that the now-withdrawn Class 8 social science chapter on judiciary had no individual authorship and there was no intent to malign the institution. They also contested claims made by the NCERT director.P13
