New Delhi, April 27 -- Delhi Police have arrested two directors of a fake trading firm that received over Rs.16 crore in just eight days, officials said on Sunday, adding that the accounts were used for job scams and OTP-based fraud. The accused, Sonu Kumar and Aminder Singh, acted as dummy directors of a private limited company at the centre of a laundering network. DCP (Outer North) Hareshwar Swami said the case emerged from suspicious mule accounts flagged on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. "The firm's bank account in Bawana was linked to 336 cyber fraud complaints across states," he said. Police said the account was accessed by multiple users and funds were quickly withdrawn.
