Koklata, April 7 -- The Trinamool Congress on Monday reacted to the Supreme Court's observation on the Malda violence, blaming the transfers of administration and police officers in the state, for the incident.
"The Supreme Court rightly said that it happened because of the failure of the current administration, which was taken over by the ECI two months ago. Unprecedentedly, around 500 administration and police officers were transferred under BJP's instructions," TMC state vice-president Jay Prakash Majumdar said.
"The Supreme Court also observed that there might have been a conspiracy at Motabari, where the violence took place. This is also true. The ground was prepared by ECI for the BJP's conspiratorial machinery," Majumdar added.htc
