Bhopal, Oct. 17 -- The district administration in Gwalior has made it mandatory, for arms license applicants, to help 10 girl dropouts get back to schools. "People in Gwalior are much interested in getting arm licenses. Already 20,000 people have arm licenses and every month we receive at least 300 to 400 new applications. That's why the administration has made it mandatory for the applicants to help and send at least 10 girl students back to the school who are dropouts," collector Anurag Chaudhary said. The official added that not only this, "the applicants have to address the girls' socio-economic problems too because it is necessary to end the root cause of dropout." "It's mainly socially active people who want a gun license. They can bring about a social change by ensuring education to girls...," he added....
