Bhubaneswar, April 30 -- Tension erupted in Nabarangpur district after the family of a 23-year-old youth who was arrested over abduction of a minor girl was found dead inside the toilet of a police station, triggering allegations of custodial death. Purna Kalar of Anchala village under Medana panchayat, had been arrested on Tuesday over allegations of abducting and assaulting a minor girl. Police said he was scheduled to be produced in a court on Wednesday. Kalar's body was sent to Nabarangpur district headquarters hospital for post-mortem examination.
