New Delhi, April 13 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying the special sitting of Parliament from April 16 was called without consultations with Opposition parties, as he sought an all-party meeting on the issue after the ongoing assembly polls. Parliamentary affairs minister Kiren Rijiju rejected Kharge's charge and said the government had engaged in dialogue and stressed the urgency of implementing women's reservation before 2029. P11
