New Delhi, March 10 -- Leader of the House in the Rajya Sabha JP Nadda on Monday accused the Opposition of behaving "irresponsibly" in Parliament and attempting to create "anarchy" instead of participating constructively in debates.
Nadda's comments came after the Opposition raised slogans and demanded a discussion on the situation in West Asia. While EAM S Jaishankar was delivering his statement on the situation in the region, the Opposition staged a walkout from the House.
In his address after Jaishankar's statement, Nadda sharply criticised the Opposition for disrupting proceedings and shifting the focus away from the discussion.
