India, Oct. 15 -- Ajay Bhushan Pandey, a 1984 batch Maharashtra cadre Indian Administrative Service officer, wears multiple hats: revenue secretary, chairman of the Goods and Services Tax Network, and chief executive officer of the Unique Identification Authority of India. Pandey is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a PhD in computer science from the University of Minnesota -- technical training that comes in handy to effectively manage his three crucial roles.
