New Delhi, Jan. 22 -- With technology helping the government transform lives, the National Informatics Centre (NIC) should extend its reach globally, electronics and IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said. He was inaugurating the second edition of NIC's TechConclave. Prasad said the NIC, which delivers all web-based services to the Indian government, should now work with people from outside the government.
