New Delhi, Dec. 11 -- Rajya Sabha chairman M Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday said the image of Parliament was taking a hit and members should maintain decorum. Naidu's reaction came when Trinamool Congress members shouted slogans against the West Bengal governor, stormed the well of the house and later staged a walkout on being denied permission to raise an issue related to the governor. At the end of the question hour, Naidu said, "Raising slogans isn't going to help anybody. Are we in Parliament or in a bazaar?."...
