Leh, May 2 -- Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena on Friday said a comprehensive master plan is being prepared for the Union Territory's development, focusing on climate resilience, local architecture, green cover and modern transport systems, in collaboration with the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi. "We have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SPA, Delhi, for making a master plan on Ladakh.
