Mumbai, May 6 -- Against the backdrop of the recent rape and murder of a three-and-a-half-year-old girl in Nasrapur, Pune district by a 65-year-old man booked earlier for molestation, chief minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday directed that no parole or furlough will be given to convicts in sexual assault cases.
