NEW DELHI, April 3 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday told a Delhi court that a revision petition assailing the dismissal of a plea seeking an FIR against him is an abuse of law, as mere criticism of a political ideology has vaguely been categorised as "hate speech" and "defamation". The LoP in the Rajya Sabha made the submissions before Special Judge Jitendra Singh of Rouse Avenue courts, seeking the dismissal of the revision plea.
