J&K LG sacks two govt staff over terror links
Srinagar/Jammu, April 9 -- The Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) administration, led by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, on Wednesday terminated the services of two more government employees for their alleged involvement in reviving terrorism and providing logistical support to proscribed outfits Hizbul Mujahideen and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), officials said.
"These dismissals were executed under Article 311(2)(c) of the Constitution of India. This is part of the ongoing drive to root out terrorists embedded in the government machinery," an official said, requesting anonymity.
