JAMSHEDUPUR, March 15 -- Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das's automated audio-video messages promoting Digital India may soon be removed from the tablets distributed among teachers across the state, in the wake of the election model code of conduct that came into effect on March 10. Jharkhand State Education Project director Umashankar Singh has written to Sarvesh Singhal, chief executive officer of the Jharkhand Agency for Promotion of Information Technology, requesting him to "immediately block or remove the CM's audiovideo messages from 41,000 tablets"....
