India, April 2 -- Kiran Karnik brough focus on women education as a tool to fight population growth and stated that the higher a woman's level of education, the fewer children she has per woman. Compared to women with 12 years or more of education, who have an average of 1.8 children, uneducated women have an average of 2.8 children.
